After submitting your order to Beauté Minéral, you will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your order receipt. A separate shipping confirmation email (with tracking, if applicable) will be sent when the order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure the email address you use when placing your order is valid, spelled correctly, and is able to accept emails from the "beautemineral.com" domain. If your email service provides spam blocking and/or junk mail filtering, you may need to check your bulk/spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and other correspondence from Beauté Minéral, as sometimes legitimate emails might be accidentally placed in these folders. We are not responsible for emails that are not received or are delayed due to email filtering/blocking.
Order Confirmation
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours following receipt of payment (not including holidays and weekends). During heavier ordering periods, orders may not be processed for up to 7 business days. You will be notified via email if your order is expected to be delayed in processing for more than 7 business days, and you will have the option of cancelling your order at that time and receiving a full refund or store credit.
Processing of Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting, and if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us (orders@beautemineral.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. In most cases, we are able to change or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed yet. If we notice something that appears to be an error in your order, we will contact you via email for verification. If you wish to make a change or cancellation to an order but the order has been processed and shipped, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send the unopened products back to us for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you the shipping you pay to send the product(s) back.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Any package returned to Beauté Minéral by post office/shipping carrier, whether it is due to an undeliverable address or the customer refused the package, are subjected to US$10.00 of restocking fee. We will issue full refund for all unopened and/or unused items returned to Beauté Minéral due to nondelivery, minus the shipping charge and US$10.00 restocking fee. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting order to avoid nondelivery.
Undeliverable or Customer Refused Packages
We do our absolute best to ensure our inventory is stocked at all times. If any item will be out of stock for an extended period of time, the "Add to Bag" button will be removed for that item during the period that it is out of stock.
If your order includes item(s) that will not be restocked and/or ready for shipping in 7 business days following payment, we will notify you via email and you can choose one of the following options:
Product Availability
Cancel the order for a full refund or in-store credit.
Receive a partial refund/in-store credit for the item(s) that is out of stock.
Backorder the out-of-stock item(s) -- In-stock items will be shipped seperately without extra shipping charge.
Delay the shipment, and all items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
